The original Pro D-Handle Bar came first.
Fully CNC-machined in England using thick 10mm material. Choose from either black powder coated structural grade carbon steel or raw 304 stainless steel (based on availability).

The Lite D-Handle Bar has all the versatility of the Pro range, but at a lower price. It is made using 8mm material in powder-coated structural grade carbon steel.

The Holey D-handle Bar combines standard bar features with a T-BAR attachment. Featuring a central hole to fit an Olympic barbell, this makes the perfect bar for t-bar rows. Holey bars are available as part of the Pro and Lite range.

Add D Handles, Grip Balls or Angles90 Grips to perform:
- Lat pulldowns to target the upper back
- Bicep curls, allowing you to fully pronate and supinate
- Cable rows, to pronate and supinate, contracting the back musculature better
